Paula Stowell, ARNP, is quick to prescribe medications, and adverse reactions occurred. Her advice is insightful, full of good common sense, and her manner is caring and grandmotherly. Lack of coordination between staff members is a problem. For example, Paula did not share her notes with another counselor on staff IN THE SAME OFFICE, and we had to go over the same issues. Office staff barged into private appointments, interrupting intense conversations.

If a Zero could be given I would. This place is a nightmare. Only interested in money and not the welfare or recovery of patients. Avoid at all cost. I just read the comment and then suggestion to speak to Julie... That's laughable. She's the biggest problem. She sure has the physicians signature down to a science. No compassion and verbally harassed and threatened us. We contacted Medical State Board and BBB. Beware Beware Beware

If I could give a zero I would. First, I find it hilarious that the receptionist Julie gave a review of the care she received just to try to make the agency look good. That is sad, pathetic, and another example of APNS being the shady unprofessional black hole that it is. Both Julie and her lover are the most unprofessional rude people I have ever met. She clearly violated my HIPPA rights in front of people in the waiting room as well as with another practitioner that is not my own by asking me personal questions about my treatment. She deserves to be find and definitely should not work in the healthcare field. This place needs to be shut down. People need to avoid this place like the plague. You know it’s bad when Julie the receptionist has to make a fake review giving this poor excuse for an agency a positive review. That should be a huge red flag.
