Not happy at all. My husband and I saw the sign...$16.95 For a hair cut. Great. We could do that. The stylist asked if she could blow dry my hair. I said okay. Little did I know that Blow Drying costs $14.95. Needless to say I WAS SHOCKED. Never in my life did I have to pay for that. I have very long hair and wanted a trim of my bangs and the long ends. She cut the sides of my hair as well as made the back of my hair jagged. I have grew my hair to one length for a reason and now it is chopped. NOT HAPPY at all. As a senior citizen my husband and I feel we were taken advantage of. NOT HAPPY. We had no recourse but to pay all they asked for.....overcharged..... $14.95. I went back today to check the price board and NOTHING on the board reference Blow Drying costs $14.95. We have been robbed. And my hair has been damaged.
