LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – A man, who was arrested in Ormond Beach after running away from an attempted traffic stop, now faces murder charges stemming from a shooting inside a Lake County home that killed two people, according to the sheriff's office.Roger Gilbert, 35, has been locked up in Volusia County since Aug. 26, when he was arrested inside a Dollar Tree following a brief chase.Gilbert is now believed to have taken part in the shooting deaths of David Mikell and Shane Clements, according to a news release.
