Early Learning Coalition Duck Race The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia will host its 10th annual Duck Race Saturday, April 1, at the Tomoka Outpost at Tomoka State Park, 2099 N. Beach St., Ormond Beach. More than 1,000 rubber ducks will race in the Tomoka River for prizes. There also will be a duck raft relay race, decorated ducks by local artists and a Quacky's Kids Zone for face-painting and games. Bidders also can participate in an online silent auction.
